Thank you!
All companies are proud of the thanks they receive after an event, and we are no exception, so here is a small selection of some of the wonderful comments from our clients:-
Event Location - San Clemente Palace, Venice (Hardware manufacturer, 4 day Partner Conference)
Thank you all again for the wonderful work you did to make our conference a smashing success. You are all delightful, happy and helpful women. I admire your ability to handle our high-stress and high-maintenance group!
Event Location - NEC, Birmingham (CRM company, 3 day exhibition)
Just wanted to drop you a note to say what a fantastic job you did for us at Call Centre Expo. The level of detail in the planning and preparation was excellent and everyone was delighted with the stand design and how things went at the show. It was great for me to have a team I could trust and rely on to run with things and get everything done to standards we expect. Several of the team said it was the best exhibition they've ever done - so high praise indeed!
Event Location - World Trade Centre, Dubai (Hardware manufacturer - 5 day exhibition)
Just a great result. Thanks for all the work that went into making this such a success. I thought it was an excellent event.
Event Location - CBI Conference Centre, London (1 day Technology user group)
Thanks for all your help in making the forum a success for us. Your team always make these events much less stressful than they usually are and go well beyond the call of duty in help that you give. You can be sure that I will recommend you for any similar events.
Your team is certainly the best and most helpful of all the event organising/user group teams that we have to work with at the various events we attend and exhibit at.
Event Location - Hilton Evian-les-Bains, France (Hardware manufacturer, 4 day EMEA Regional Meeting)
Top, top event - well done and many thanks. For many people it was the best EMEA event they've attended.
Event Location - Oxford Belfry Hotel, Oxford (2 day Technology user group conference)
Just wanted to drop you a line to say the staff at Pb Projects did you proud throughout the whole of the conference. From the venue set-up to the helping the clientele with any issues they may have had, the staff delivered a professional service as well as being friendly and making people feel welcome and important.
From my point of view as a committee member you always felt that everything had been thought of and was planned down to the last detail (track chair notes etc) which was pretty much down to you guys keeping the show on the road, always with a smile, despite being on your feet for 24 hours a day.
I often think that you are the unsung heroes, first up to set-up, last out to take it all down, but without you the event would never be as professional or as successful. I know that many people probably take this for granted, but I wanted you to know I appreciate it.
That extra mile!
On many occasions we have gone that extra mile, smiled as always, and obliged with numerous unusual requests, and loved every minute of the challenge... hope they make you smile too.
We've had a request to take a photo of an operation scar to send to an exec's consultant in the US by email.
We've had to buy an Indian Chief Headdress to support a speaker presentation at short notice - while in Spain!
We've had to wake up presenters who have overslept and helped them revive and look good in nano seconds without anyone knowing there was a problem.
We've given up our clothing if a client hasn't come equipped for a particular activity and have willingly swapped our coats with theirs, given them our jumpers, gloves, scarves and socks to make sure that they have what they need.
We've lent make-up and cleansing products (for the girls!) and provided clothes or money if luggage has not arrived and ironed shirts (for the men!).
We've even taken the leather luggage tag off our own suitcase when a delegate decided they 'needed' it before leaving for the airport.
We've been known to 'pack up' a bedroom when a delegate is late for a flight or perhaps has had too good a night before they leave and needs a little help to get everything together.
We've found fancy dress outfits while in very remote locations when luggage has not arrived on time.
